Payment and Pricing Policy

PRICES AND PAYMENTS

1. Customers may pay for the products by credit card/debit card/ Cash on Delivery (“COD”) or other payment instruments that are accepted modes of payment on the Site, as displayed on the Site webpages including order checkout and payment pages. Majorly accepted Credit Cards are – Visa, American Express, Master Card.

2. For customer’s security, customer’s billing name should match that of the credit card / debit card used for payment.

3. All credit card holders/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the credit card issuer/ debit card issuer, including via a one-time password. If the issuer of customer’s payment card refuses or does not, for any reason, authorize payment to us, whether in advance or subsequent to a payment, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.

4. Your payment card will be charged the applicable purchase price at the time you submit your order. By submitting your order on the Site, you expressly authorize the performance such payment card authorization and, strictly for legitimate purposes and to the extent permitted under applicable regulations, to transmit or to obtain information (including any updated information) about you to or from third parties, including but not limited to your payment card number, to authenticate your identity, to validate your payment card, to obtain a payment card authorization and to authorize individual purchase transactions.

5. The maximum order value for COD payments is INR 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand only).

6. We reserve the right to reject or cancel any orders which do not comply with these terms even if your credit or debit card has been charged (and will refund in full any amounts paid by you in respect of the order).

7. Any discount or other promotional codes issued by VinzBerry from time to time are strictly subject to the individual terms and conditions with which they were issued, which may include, amongst other things, eligibility of use and maximum order value. Certain products may be excluded and you will not be able to use discount codes in respect of such products.

8. Prices for our goods may change from time to time, but changes will not affect any order which we have confirmed.

9. Except where noted otherwise, the prices of the Products displayed on the Site represent the full retail price for the Products at the moment the order is placed. All prices are indicated in local currency and are inclusive of GST.

10. If you are in possession of a special offer coupon and you have activated it by submitting its code as indicated on the Site we will deduct the value of this from the price.

11. For the safety of online payments made with a card, all payment information is encrypted. As VinzBerry works with authorized payment service providers, credit card information is handled properly and in accordance with the international payment card industry data security standards.

12. In case of option of ‘COD’ payments the payment may be made online or in cash at the time of delivery of the product. In case the same is not done, the customer is not entitled to receive the product.
